We're find that a lot of users don't cognize we're difficult to create a dialogue with them through helpdesk tickets. Is there any way to transfer the color of the technician's response in the e-mail a user gets once a ticket is updated?
I see the following line in the card template for responses:
{{ticket.last_comment.body | escape | simple_format}}
Is in that any way to change the "simple_format" definition so it shows within friendly blue letters and draws attention to the technician's response? (Kind of same the "Don't Panic!" on the cover of tHHGttG?)
