How to uninstall ubuntu from a dual boot windows machine?

I have a computer that is dual boot ubuntu and windows. I deleted the ubuntu partition and thus GRUB. I have a repair saucer all for windows 7 32-bit, and I just wanted to make sure that when I use this disk that it will boot ME back into windows albeit without any of my programs or data. Again, i want to ensure that the repair disk is the true saucer, becuase there is also a backup disk and recouping disk and i don't know the differences or if recovery and repair are like .
