Hard disk recovery? How to?

My hard disk crashed few day ago and i lost all facts, It was very great for me! I think it was owed to power failure or extra voltage ! what point can beryllium there ! is there any way to recover lost notes and how? Its not being detected in bios equipment! and its each crashed from inside! can i recover data! any chance?
