How follow I get my laptop keyboard to adjust the volume?

The untested HPs have a fn with a plus a whether minus key on the accurate side..The older models had volume buttons on top.You could be having a mechanical problem with the keys whether maybe it is just a matter of downloading a newer driver. Check with HP support.
