This TG7000 is a heavy duty, high production zep near cardinal of the worst operating cost in it's class. Dependant on grinding variables, the owner has reported matter materials at a rate greater than 500 yards an hr! Engine lipoid, filters (oil, fuel, coolant, air) have been replaced. Clutch serviced with oil and device changed. All wear components at cask floor opening replaced including wear plates at leading edge and deflector shield. The later cock mill components replaced: hammers, cutters, safety pin, wedges and block supports with every associated hardware, and side wipers. New paint opening with all decals replaced. New shear bar/anvil. This machine has been well taken care of and has never missed a service quantity. It's ready to grind today! The TG7000 has a 1000hp CAT 3412 Motor with duplicate turbos united to a PLATINUM Tech wet clutch with a wheel reduction of almost 2:1 that is guaranteed to crack done any stump or it's like that module run the 13' wide tub opening. That's right...the tub is 13' at its top opening and 10' at its remains near a depth of nigh 5'! Once the material is in the T-1 steel constructed tub, it is forced to the mill past four agitators that are welded to the tub side walls. Once the material contacts the hammer mill it is "game on."
