Laptop screen keeps going black when using computer?

The selfsame thing happened to me,

But then I got within touch with hp and it turned retired to be Faulty electrics as I had only of late got it they came and collected it and took it away for a hour and fixed it,

when did u buy ur pc?
is it still in warranty?
Who is it with?
