Yes, I agreed that this is a safety issue and that HP CS personnel are not whatever concern. Maybe, they are not aware the importance of such issue. However, I called again 2 days later to the corporate bureau, and I was referred to a manager/supervisor. However, the guy promise to looking into it simply till late I receive nary phone from HP.
Would appreciate someone to adivse on how to escalate such issue to the top management. Failing which, I Am seriously considering to sent a melted cable picture to the press.
