Yes, it is lines of lit pixels, the opposite of dead pixels but just as fruitless. You can try light pressing the blind wherever the uttermost and the bottom of the screen where the line starts. Provided it isn't serious, this sometimes fixes it. If it doesn't, next it is earnestly damaged and the only way is to renew the screen.
