Present is cardinal we had to use a special glue to service the DC Jack as the case was faulty element the customer used a univeral D.C. Power supply, the ends on this supplu were true largish you could use them as a crowbar! so we took out the old broken diddly and replaced it with a smaller footprint jack and custom glued it into the toshiba case element the side rails were broken.
