What's causing my laptops screen to flicker yellow?

A flickering laptop peak may be caused with a bad LCD connection, in which the screws that hold the circuit in lay are loose. Alternatively, the circuit itself may get damaged due to wear and slit. Often, however, a malfunctioning monitor may be due to a faulty LCD inverter.
