I americium tryin gto run the FFXIV chief Criterion to see what my score is, only I keep getting a letter maxim?

I am tryin gto score the FFXIV leader Benchmark to see what my score is, but I keep getting a letter saying within a window "FINAL FANTASY XIV OFFICIAL STANDARD has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." Min requirements are directx9 which I had but one of the dll files was lacking aparently so i went and upgrraded to directx here are the glasses on my laptop:

I am pretty sure I will beryllium able to run it(I cognise it wont glucinium great but playable none the less) but i have no idea what's going wrong. Right when i click on the FFXI Benchmark and pick contest, language and resolution(I picked degraded) and clicked on start it would autimaticly appear with the black screen so I thought it was going to work, but imediately after each one-woman time it pops up with the window where it says "FF XIV Standard has stopped working etc etc."
It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me out or give me some better understanding of what is going wrong and solutions.
