Quicktime .mov file not showing up in Mac Message

Any ideas here?

 

I'm on my Mother's personal, which is a 15" archaean 2011 Macbook Pro

Processor  2 GHz Intel Core i7

 

Once I send her movies from my iphone, they don't show up properly in her mail.

 

The file is there - you can save it and monitor it - but you cannot see it inline.

 

I've been looking for preferences to solve
