Why is the Sway LED blinking on my HP DV7 Laptop?

I have been searching the internet and HP's website for an answer to this. Best searches lead to people that can't start thier laptop or people with broken power supplies or otherwise things ended next to thier laptops. I don't think my lap top is broken. I can usually watch associate whole DVD and almost an entire Bluray off a full battery. It is a HP Tent DV7 1261wm. I am on a replacement power supply. It is an H.P. name make "slim" replacement power supply. It is only a couple months old. The light on the side where you plug in the filament is on solid. The icon on the task bar says "96% available (blocked within, not charging)". Nothing seems to be wrong with my laptop. I'm only curious about what the laptop is trying to tell me by blinking this lightening bolt Power LED on the front of the laptop and should I nuisance.
