Sounds similar you could be having power spikes coming from the outlet. I would recommend getting a UPS to protect your trappings. Only a qualified electrician would be able to repair the chargers. If the copper wire within the transformer is cooked a repair would not make sense. It would take overly more than time to wind copper and would cost an arm and a leg to fix . I would buy new chargers and make secure they're protected with a UPS.
