right click on my computer step to manage and then device manage locate keyboard and expand
find your laptop keyboard then right click and properties. Chink modify and you are done. if past any chance disable isn't click able you can uninstall your laptop keyboard and instal later via downloading keyboard drivers from manufacturer webpage
