qwerty to azerty keyboard settings?

Go in to Police Panel
Clink on Date, Time, Language & Regional Options
Then click on Regional and Language Options
Click next to the Languages Tab
and click the Details... button

In the installed services section of the settings chit sound Add...

Whorl through the keyboards to discovery the correct keyboard for your country (if your unsure try Germany/German for Azerty I think).

And click Okay
Make the Azerty keyboard the default keyboard within the top selection box, and clink on the American keyboard and remove it from the bottom box. Click apply. Astatine this point Windows will tell you that the American keyboard is in use and can't be removed and it will remove it on restart (it doesn't!). Click ok, and then remove the American keyboard once more so click apply (this time the keyboard is removed).
