Showing the problem beside my older laptop. This is a Dell "Inspiron 5150" laptop computer. There is a loose connection location near the battery on the right side of the laptop that causes it to move into secondary mode if the right line-up of the hand rest (above the battery) is given even a tiny tap. This loose connection is a known manufacturer defect enclosed model of personal, however because mine is outside of its warranty term they volition not fix it unless I pay $500 to have it shipped to them so they can "looked at" it.
