Should I be worried roughly the weird sound my laptop keyboard makes?

If you have no problems near the functionality of the keyboard i think it would be selected to leave it alone.
What you can try and do by yourself is to remove the keyboard from the laptop and clean it (blow on it, wipe gently with a towel whether thing, it could be just dust and muck.
You can remove the keyboard by finding bitty clips on the edge of the keyboard and press them with something that can reach them, while pulling that part of the keyboard towards yourself. Be carefull, don't pull overly hard.
If you do however have functionality problems, try cleanup it and if that doesn't work, go to a technician.
