Can I upgrade the CPU on my laptop? It is an HP-ZV5160us next to a p4 2.8ghz processor, cavity 478?

I would like to know the quickest CPU that I could put on this laptop in need it their being an overheating feature (of course I program on applying the best glue and heat sink/fan that can strong in this particular laptop).
