How can I fix my laptop?

This is weird because I had the very exact problem. What I did was I called conscious my laptop company (HP) and ordered a new one gratis since my laptop was still under warranty. My suggestion is provided you bought it under a year ago nickname up your laptops company and complain for a current one.
