How do I Hole The In Put Jack For A Charger Of Any Computer?

I have a ACER MINI VOLUME Laptop.
I have a charger and its input on the computer must be broken because once I put the charger in the jack in the computer, its very loose and I need to know a way to pickle this problem in grip it ever happens again.
