First of all ring up Holler. Provided they can't fix your problem than they should exchange your laptop. Unfortunaetly the only thing I could tell you is to find some keyboard drivers (if there are any). If you can't find anything I'm afraid your laptop keyboard is broken and you need to steal a replacement..I found a link that'll oblige.

and all for your mouse I suggest just to get a new Laptop mouse for about 20$
