There's zero earthing in my power supply at home. Can i still use my laptop in that outlet?Is there any menace?

Should be no breakdown. Dont leave it plugged in during electrical storms, a surge protector uses that third wire you phone earthing to function so it is nary good to you. All for that matter, they only are marginally protective in my poor thought.
