What can I do about the hinges on my dell laptop decent loose?

Check with Hollow customer support ( http://www.dell.com ) and see if they have a bulletin on top of lap top joint problems for your model. Whether in warranty take it to a Dell service center for repair. If not within assurance take it to one of these for repair: http://www.frys.com or http://www.QHT.com
