Where can I purchase EU(European) panache laptop keyboard skin? Or any place that custom makes upright covers?

I've been searching for a device skin for my laptop... And no one seems to have EU style..It's different from US style in this the Enter cardinal is shaped like 7, where in U.S. style, it's shaped suchlike any new keys.
I really need a cover to protect it from water, etc..
Please let me know if you know a website or a store that sells EUROPIUM style skins or custom makes them
