most charger issues are down to abuse of the power cable so it will probably be either the joint betwixt the wire and the plug OR you human broken the socket in the laptop.
what you need to do is get human else's warhorse and try it out against yours and yours on theirs and wiggle the wire a little - if its the power plug past you can get a new downfall all for it from an electronics shop. if its the laptop socket then its a bit fiddlier as the laptop needs stripping down to the parent board and a drop of solder putting on top of the contacts. worst case it needs a new socket all for circa 5 bucks. plenty ] of on the internet guides to strip down a laptop and acers arent therefore bad to work .
it is possible that the charger is breached but unlikely - 99% of the time its just ane too more tangles with the vigour cable
