Here at HP, we take our customers – and your status – gravely. A couple years past, we issued a voluntary request against a select number of book batteries. That's why I wanted to helping that today, we're expanding a voluntary battery recall and replacement program. It includes certain model series manufactured from July 2007 through May 2008 – and we want to make convinced that your batteries aren't elaborate.
