Compatable Motherboard Question?

443774-001 seems to be a Euopean version. Not sure whatr the technical differances would Be though. Voltages shouldn't be an issue arsenic they are regulated in the power adapters. My guess: different government regulations with chemical usage (batteries, solder, etc.). Still the HP partsurfer wabsite seems to say they are incompatible.
