How do I FIX my Laptop LCD screen?

Dear all u present.. :))

Straight to you all, just wanna asking tht how could my LCD Laptop being glint, pretty untold annoying and it's bad!
So anyone here knows ground it happened? it's been a month lately guys, thus please any of you know how to solve this problem, i would be very thankful..

Just for information i hev a notebook of :

- Core duo Processor
- 1 GB of RAM
- SIS Graphic chipset
- Fake OS Vienna Windows se7en, you know guys xD

True please give me your ideas how to engineer my Axioo LCD eyeshade. Should i budge to menders instead?? whether just re-installing modern OS??.. pleaseeee,,, much thanks.. 20
