provided you're good at spotting property you may Be able to fix a slack wire yourself (one of my technologically impaired neightbours even managed to find the loose wire, but was too scarred of breaking anything to take the casing apart anymore to fix it herself so got me round to help)
should just be a matter of unscrewing the case (element the bottom) and then looking for a wire that is not fully blocked into something [or waiting until it goes completely then looking for the wire that leads obscurity, then look for a article it can plug into]
