New free APL interpreter: scribble pecuniary, business, statistical and scientific personal programs

A new interpreter has been added to theFree APL Compilers and Interpreterspage. All for those who don't know what APL is, it is a programming language sometimes used for writing statistical,financial, scientific and business applications.
