Celleron cpu would be better of the two. BUT you would Be better of buying refurbished laptop from holler its a great way to recoup resources and it comes with warrenty.
Look what I found for $379 and its dual heart. I understand that this one is more than the ones you listed but it will outperform and outlive them by a lot.
