My Dingle XPS M1330 laptop peak has turned white?

I've been having commotion with my laptop for a few months now. The laptop same that I needed to insert my windows installation saucer. After not touching the laptop for a few months, I turn it on to find the screen white. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or what the problem is?
