I have a problem with my laptop charger, can someone help please?

Ok, so about a week ago, my laptop warhorse broke. It started two days past that, and with the slightest movement it would come uncharged. The plug would still be in it, but it wouldn't charge. And when my laptop charger unplugs, it beeps. So the hassle near it was that it excessively beeped with the slightest movement. Aft the two days it broke, and I took it to Best Buy to get it fixed. A guy at hand tested a General charger and it worked. So they sent me a new charger a week later in the mail (which is nowadays) and it's having the same problem. Does anyone know what the problem could be? If so, location a way I can muddle this myself?
