Open the laptop eyeshade by lifting it from the forefront centre - not from the edge.
Maybe you already carry out that of course...
The other thing would be to keep the screws that hold the hinge assembly tight.
On maximum laptops they would Be under the hinges against the behind of the laptop - and/or against the back edge. Make sure they've not worked loose every couple of months.
Isolated from that, maybe its just a design flaw.
