Adjustable Sharpening Wedge

Demonstration of how to make a sharpening wedge. This device faculty allow you to set your stone at a predetermined angle to re-bevel or grind your knives more easily. List of supplies: (3) 1x4 inch boards (~12 in, ~12 inch, and ~2 in) (2) 6 Or 8 inch dimension threaded pin (I used 6 in lengths) (6) haywire to fit rib rod (1) hinge (3) angle brace (I used 90 degree braces with holes somewhat larger than the rib rod) (1) 8 inch lenght of elastic material (rubber strip from an old bike inner tube) (7) screws (mine came with the hinges and angle braces) Tools needed: Tool Keeper driver Saw (or have boards pre-cut to lengths preceding) Tape standard Marker OR Pencil Calculator (or use measurements provided in video)
