My Windows 98 Laptop does not have a CD/DVD drive OR USB Quay. What am I accepted to do?

Does it have ANY ports on top of it? It's possible to find CD/DVD drives for umpteen port types, not just USB, including expansion ports. If all else fails, just buy a new cheap laptop, as even the lowest end (Though not most netbooks) have cd/dvd drives and usb ports these days. Spend a few hundred bucks and you'll soul something easily capable of all you want to do, it sounds like. You are doing very low-tech holding, so it's not similar you need a peck of power.
