HP laptop charger making a ticking noise?

Zero it is not the common hang-up because many of my friends are using HP laptops and they are not facing this type of hassle. It is only a problem with your Charger so try to replace it whether get it repaired because it can cause problem to Laptop also because I reason there's a riddle of interior circuit next to the charger.
