Problem with wireless adaptor or access point

Hi! My internet has been crappy lately - on a whim, it fitting stops working until I troubleshoot it. -My internet connection is wireless - I exercise Windows 7 Home Superior 64bit Image: http://i.imgur.com/O5nIp.png?1 This is what it says after I troubleshoot it. It is a very annoying issue =/
