Issue near GPU heat

Hey Pitsters,

I'm trying to identify a sudden magnify in the amount of heat my GPU is giving off. It normally idles in the low 30's and before underload I'd see temperatures no much the high 60's (keep within awareness that these are with default fan speeds). All for the past several weeks I've noticed that with default fan speeds it'll mount to the high 70's once under mass. Truthful, I opened it up and cleaned out dust. The card's fan is free to spin with no impairment from any sort of dust. The card within probe is a 560Ti.

Lately I've been making use of custom fan profiles with MSi Afterburner, and it'll keep the card in the 60's. The trade of being the hum of the fan. While is this completely acceptable I still cannot understand what is exploit the increase in heat when set to absence. The tower experiences no impaired airflow what so ever.
