I did not spend de trop time on this video (you can tell). It's more of an information video, rather than an struggle to win "Video of the Year" award :) This picture shows the fault on a HP Pavilion laptop. The laptop simply doesn't strength up. No peak, nary backlighting, not POST no footwear. All you get is the blue LEDs light up, the fan starts, the DVD drive spins, later all LEDs go out and it cycles through matching process again and again. Same on battery or mains single. Yes, I have tried the "reset" of holding down the power buttom for 1 minute and more, lacking battery Or mains connected. It didn't drudgery this time, nor the previous other 2 times when HP had to replace the systembaord. This laptop is over 2 age old. This is the 3rd time I someone had this exact same fault. HP have replaced the systemboard twice before under warranty. Presently they say I faculty ought clear to have it fixed (red-hot systemboard is over £200). Wherefore should I invite a new systemboard once they obviously never fixed it on the previous two occasions? Why should I settle all for a new systemboard that is merely apt to last about 1 year? I wonder if HP somebody any comments. They have had no constructive answers so far. I create this video for several reasons 1. To help others identify the fault. 2. To allow me to email the CIO of HP enclosed link, so he may see the fault himself. 3. To detail the issue, which I know has affected many Marquee DV6000 laptops 4. To allow comments to this video to see who else has ...
