Keyboard inserts numbers on near some letters?

My laptop keyboard randomly started inserting extra Numbers with some post. I tested holding both shift key, alt + number lock, shift + alt, restarting my computer, taking out the mobile and putting it back in, running a virus scan and none of it worked.
It's an HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook if that helps.
