Windows 7 errors

Suit kindly aid me in finding these snags. These are the various errors that I have: -can not find script file "C:Program FilesCommon FilesComObjectsyscleaner.js" -add hardware device room has stopped working -The Internet browsers keep crashing and responds very sick. ( I use Google chrome and Mozilla firefox, which Im currently using.) -PRS CPL has stopped working
