Having problems with my Toshiba laptop!! It's been sole a year since I purchased it.. Serious suggestions please.

I am sorry to perceive that. If it was ME I would contact Toshiba, but I honestly think they will probably archer you something similar. Look over your warranty & see what is covered. Best of Destiny!!
