Is there a devotee power program for a toshiba laptop?

Normally you trap the fn key beside one of the f keys to set the fan.. Toshiba's are notoriously bad element keeping the CPU cool. The graphics (GPU) will have it's own cooler that can't be adjusted but you might be able to adjust the follower for the C.P.U..
