My laptop charger not working?

I have a new warhorse for my HP Pavilion dv6000 laptop, and it's been around 2 months since I got the new warhorse. It's not injured in any way, but when I stopple it into the laptop to charge lately, the light doesn't flash, and it doesn't charge. I now it's not the charger's problem, just I don't know what it really is. I am now sing the last hour to ask this sound out because I genuinely want to use this laptop again.
