Having problems beside my Toshiba laptop!! It's been only a year since I bought it.. Serious suggestions indulge.

I'm not a native speaker, it will be hard for ME to relay my complex precisely but I'll try: On the 7th month of my having my laptop, the right division which connects the monitor and the keyboard cracked. I didn't hurry element the assurance is for 2years example. But after 4-5 months both of the connection parts were broken.. The front fragment of the keyboard was lifted as well. I took it to the service but they said it was U I really have paid much attention once using it! If I herald all for consumer rights court it will cost ME juncture and money and I don't know how I can turn up myself. The repairing cost is 450 dollars which is a verryy high rate here. I don't know what to do and appreciate your help.. Thanks for reading..
