I spilled sea on my laptop and now half the device doesnt work...?

I spilled a glass of water INTO my open and running laptop. Turned it off immediately and waited two days to reboot. Computer works fine but half of the keyboard unresponsive. Is there anything that I can do? Module replacing the keyboard work? Thank you!
