keyboard issues on my dell Laptop! PLEASE HELP!!!!?

Run under water ? Electronic and water never get a long STOP . 1st go to ur keyboard site download latest drive it might fix . If not open your keyboard and clean the board wil alcohol and let it dry and in mean time wash your keys with water and soup dry 100% then there is 85% it will be fixed if not then you might need new keyboard
