RE: 'How Do You Unlock Region Codes from Region 1 to Play Region 2'

I have a Samsung C500 that is supposed to play all regions. It plays some of my region 4's but not all and it will not play dvd's from the UK that is marked 2+4 PAL UK . Any ideas
